Many thanks to Didi Dorner for the exciting day! The workshop dealt with the product garlic in the kitchen from the right processing to the finished products.
The aim was to develop various pastes and a pickled product made of our organic garlic in addition to the existing Salse wich are already available.
The pastes were directly tasted in the evening > DELICIOUS !!! The pickled garlic (vinegar, star anise, ginger, ...) just matures in glasses and will be tasted in a few weeks.
